[APP] Xperia Launcher Theming (Icons pack)

Fiest of all, this is not my app/work, I only share it

I've found a solution to apply icons pack from custom launchers (ie : nova or adw) on the default xperia based rom launcher. All you need is an app called "Unicon" which is a Xposed Module. You can find it on the Play Store.

It works on stock launcher like aosp/cm launcher or sony launcher (Tested on eXistenZ 2.1.5)

Requirements :

> Rooted Rom
> Xposed Framework & Xposed Installer (System app on some roms like eXistenZ)

Installation/Activation :

> Install Unicon
> Activate module in "Xposed Installer"
> Reboot
> Install Icons pack (ie : MIUI v5 / https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xda.miroex)
> Launch Unicon, apply pack and use "reboot" or "reboot launcher only"

Tested on :

> eXistenZ 2.0, 2.1.5 (Stock 4.3)
