slim 3.4 only downloads a base and if you load just the base the rom will not work at all. I believe it should also download an essentials but it has no option for that. Waiting as perhaps I simply jumped the gun and 3.4 is still being posted properly.

its there but you have to update the Ota patch with you device ota, then flash 3.4.

I was on the latest OTA 1.1.0 i believe and it still only gave me option to download rom no essentials or anything else. I manually installed 3.4 and no issues with the rom iself... smoothe.....
THe only "issue" I ran into thats NOT a rom thing specifically when I change to MTP my drivers no longer recognize the phone does anyone know how to fix this as I have the latest google drivers installed and it works for all other modes even bootloader.
I meant the Ota patch. I modified based on devices. Mtp doesn't work on Linux. Latest Ota app is 1.1.1

Am on windows xp or windows 7 so its a driver issue just dont know what drivers to change or update to.
BTW I am now on crespo if you need more testers. Its Skitz we talked a ways back about porting to vibrant and I have sung the praises of your rom ever since you did. Would love to help with testing.

I looked on the slim site.in the add on. No luck.

Site only has the whole Add on package (wich will add it, with a whole other bunch of things like before) OR use OTA under "Apps".
i dont know what you have removed from the OS that makes it slim, but it is very buggy,
buggs donot mean just crashes, (because there are none, its very stable) but this one is a battery guzzler. i went from 100% charge before sleeping to 50% and reducing fast when i woke up. its been 1 hour since and the battery is already at 36%.
i checked the usage and it shows Gallery as being the culprit. 22% usage. android system 18%. WiFi 15%.there needs to be some look into the rom because i have tried Slim ICS many times but the bettery drain always puts me off.

While there is no recovery image provided with v2.0, i recommend trying out the TWRP (everything touch screen) or CWM 5.0.2.3 ( better confirm menus)

Just flash the above in recovery.

Fresh/Clean Installation Instructions:
Pre-Requisites: need to have CWM recovery or TWRP recovery installed.
- Enter Recovery
- Recommended: do a nandroid back up
- Wipe data/factory reset
- optional: format system in mounts and storage for extra clean install
- select slimICS_vX.X.X.zip to install and wait for it to finish
- optional: select addon.zip and face_unlock.zip to install and wait for it to finish
- reboot to system.
Coming from another 4.0.3 Rom :
- A simple wipe cache and Install the zip file should do it.
Once rebooted, you will most likely see a blank screen. Press the soft menu key and preferences to customize you zeam launcher.

- Fast Charge in Kernel and Controlled via ASS - thanks to chad0989 for FC patch - Turned off by default, take a look at this post for how it works.
- Free Mem increase via kernel and device ( increase of about 40 MB) - thanks to Kali of CM team for source, i get about 200 MB free with 60 data apps installed, increase of about 50 MB.
- Face book Sync
- Nav Bar via ASS, turned off by default , turn it on via ASS( search and memu vritual keys are not transparent, other 3 are)
- Calendar ( text ) in lockscreen, turned off by default again, turn it on via ASS.
