After restore Twrp Backup nougat firmware on RNE-L22 nova 2i can't change the theme

Theme support is added in /data/hw_init/, so if you wiped/factory reset in TWRP that folder will be gone.
You can flash the data and Public zip for your fw to add them again (among other things).
However, your build is not available on hwmt, you should be able to flash an older builds data and Public zips and edit the 2 text files in /data/hw_init/ to match your current build.

Just follow the video. It's very straight forward. Don't forget to copy the downloaded files to your sd card.
