Meant for the T-Mobile HTC HD2 ONLY!

This ROM is based off of dungphp's Desire HD 1.84.832.2 v1.2 (all credit for original ROM goes to him!). It is tweaked for better performance/usability and comes with a few changes/fixes as per his latest release:
- integrated CWM Backup functionality (using my method)
- modified flash.cfg for a more efficient use of the system partition, and also for full CWM support
- modified initrd.gz to remove App2SD functionality (not needed :p)
- updated WeatherUpdater.apk for working weather updates (credit to CMYLXGO)
- removed a few .apk's:
Code:
- Google Maps
- Locations (Laputa .apk's)
- Friend Stream
- Stocks
- Facebook
- Twitter
- All corresponding widgets

Features:
- Fast (doesn't require OC ;))
- Made for simplicity; a few Sense features have been removed (Skins, live wallpapers, etc)
- Zipaligned + Deodex'd (comes standard, nowadays)
- Root permissions/SuperUser (also standard)
- Data/3G (RMNET)
- Wi-Fi (No 60mA drain)
- GPS
- Phone (if you get robot voice, disable Audible Touch Tones in Sounds)
- Camera (5MP) (credit to pyrorob)
- Camcorder (800x480) (credit to pyrorob)
- USB Mass Storage

What's working:
- Everything as far as I'm concerned.

Issues:
- When screen is off and USB is plugged in, the phone doesn't recognize the connection until the screen is turned on. Just a slight inconvenience, but I'm gonna look into it anyway because it shouldn't be happening.
- 3G crashes temporarily after Market first-run.. second-run is fine
Recommended Installation Instructions
***NOTE THAT INSTALLING THIS ROM WILL CREATE A FIXED-SIZE SYSTEM PARTITION OF 350M***
Code:
**MAGLDRv1.13 REQUIRED! RADIO 2.15.50.14 RECOMMENDED!**
- Reset phone and bring it to the MAGLDR boot menu
- Select option 5 (USB Flasher), but DO NOT execute the command! Leave it there..
- Run DAF.exe
- Click Next, then Next
- Wait 10 seconds after DAF.exe searches for USB, then execute "USB Flasher" on your phone
- ROM will install, phone will reboot.
- DONE!! :)

Mandatory First-Boot Modifications

Code:
- Upon first boot, let screen shut off and leave it for roughly 5 minutes before unlocking screen and running phone setup
- Once at the Home screen, open Phone, type *#*#4636#*#*, then Call
- Tap Phone Information
- Change "preferred network type" to "GSM auto (PRL)"
- Radio signal will cut off; once it does, tap "turn off radio"
- Click Back until at Home screen
- POWER OFF (NOT RESTART) the phone, and let it power on via USB

**After the 2nd boot, enable WiFi and login to the Market; should have no problems :D**

To-Do List

Code:
- apply the T-Mobile MMS patch (1024KB)
- Add (useful) T-Mobile apps (1024LEO)
- fix could-be errors for next release
- work on 512LEO version
- fix Market-3G error upon finishing Google sign-in

Just a heads up, just because you paid for those apps don't mean jack squat. It's still considered warez if you distribute it to the masses. I personally wouldn't put it in if I were you. I know I wouldn't want my build taken down over some stupid app;p

As of right now, this build is only supported by the 1024LEO. I'm gonna work on a 512LEO version (smaller system.img, ext partition support) but seeing as how I don't own a 512LEO, I'm giving it some time before I put in that extra work ya know?

Sorry for the current inconvenience.

I thought paying for the apps would make a difference, but seeing as I would be providing those apps for free makes what you said matter.

Thank you for the heads up; I have removed that from my to-do list.
