hi OP.. i have edit your mod. and i changed the H to 4G LTE icon..
here are the screenshots.. i made two themes

the first is non SF theme with grey icons set.
note, that you're not on SF. Fixed

and the second one is from raubkatze 4.1.2 Simplistic Framework v3.01 theme with blue icons set
make sure you're on SF theme v3.01 or higher. I changed H to 4G. Fixed

i've made it already. after the flash you can check that, just go to: root/system/app/SystemUI.apk
open SystemUI.apk (view) enter res/drawable-xhdpi
and as you can see it already changed. the signal icon changed from H to 4G LTE and H+ to 4G LTE+

ooo.. i see.. so you only changed the H+ icon. was it right?
i live in Bandung Indonesia, i rarely get the H+ signal coverage .
So my point is to change H icon to 4G LTE, just for fun and get my friends fooled! :silly:

there are no apk / app / mod for the moment to do that

H to 4G flashable mod for Simplistic Framework v3.5.1 is done
make sure you have installed SF v3.5.1.
I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly give me some feedback
