After Adobe officially no support for Android 4.1 JellyBean. Here is an Apk that running smoothly under 4.1.1 / 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

Flash player doesn't require any modification for JB. Simply drop FlashPlayer.apk from the market into /system/app, set the permissions to WRR and reboot (or just reboot into recovery and fix permissions from there).

The file you've linked is the one from Android market. I'm not sure why it says it's modded... :eek:

YouTube is now built on HTLM 5 which can run on any device. Flash has nothing to do with it.
