Just do a nandroid and when you're all set up with the new go back to recovery and advanced restore your data. Viola. Apps data and screens back as If untouched

So why exactly do we flash boot.img? I've flashed sensations, xl's, and now the one s and have never flashed the boot.img and I've had no issues.
Because of no S-OFF we can't flash kernerl's, you have to do it with fastboot amd the script includes the command fastboot erase cache, so you won't get a bootlop
I successfully flashed two kernels on my One S with the latest CWM recovery... No fastboot, straight flash zip from recovery. (Dza's kernel and LowKernel) Not to mention I was also able to flash a couple radios. Many people seem to have issues doing any of the above.

Awesome Rom love it. I installed the inverted apps but the calendar kept freezing. Had to reinstall the stock one. Posh Rom. Also inverted mms looks the same as stock. Are these tweaks supposed to be installed on a fresh installed Rom ? Or at any time?

Hey Torxx you know anyone workign to get S-Off for the One S? I noticed that the EVO One thread has one guy working on it. He discovered that the HTC screen with the red text as well as the "tampered" notification in fastboot are all part of h-boot. He's working on getting S-Off, just wondering if you know anyone working on the One S?
At any time, as long as you don`t install them in the same session as the ROM.

I didn`t come across anyone yet, but S-Off always has to be achieved in hboot. Anyway in the current state we have Super CID and can flash Radio´s direct, when we boot CWM from PC. So the situation is not that bad.
Nope, since the revolutionary team announced not to work and jkoljo is away, I don't know anyone who would be able to do that who owns this device..
Quick question. I somehow inadvertently deleted the Sense Clock/Weather homescreen widget from my homescreen, and when I went to add it back, I couldn't find it in the widgets section. Any clues how to get it back on there?
Didn't work. Next idea?

Next time you can just go into Settings/Apps then clear the HTC Sense data.

I got rid of the stock browser and installed dolphin browser ... Now I'm always prompted with a list of appropriate apps to handle content, and I can set defaults. Dolphin browser has performed much better than the stock browser, in my experience.

Note: Not all tweak options are activated in framework (for example APM options, I left existing APM in framework)
If you flash the new TrickDroid tweaks app - please note that in order to maximize the amount of working tweaks via the new app , you also need to flash Menu & APM, one of the EQS versions and one of the Rotating Rosie options in Aroma Installer. Also note, that link to tweak app in statusbar will only appear, after you first reordered toggles in TrickDroid tweaks app.
Known solutions for cache issues:
- If you have issues accessing Sense Widgets, just clear HTC Sense data in app settings. Make sure you backup your Desktop in Titanium Backup, before you clear Sense data.
- If you temporarily loose access to contacts in dialer, reboot in recovery and wipe cache.

Hello,
I have wifi now working on my phone. I had to flash a couple of other partitions that relate to the radio(adsp.img and wcnss.img). I also flashed the radio from the ota.
Im going to tell my whole setup as I'm not running this rom but hope my information can help. Here is what I did to get to 2.35 on my phone.
1) Flashed Stock recovery and recloked bootloader
2) Ran the T-Mobile 1.84 RUU
3) Unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP recovery
4) Extracted the contents of the OTA and edited the updater-script(removed the firmware.zip references) and deleted the firmware.zip file, zipped, and resigned the zip
5) Flashed the Radio from the OTA and Boot from OTA through TWRP
6) Flashed the modded OTA I Had made
This was as far as I had got yesterday untill i tried to use wireless. Upon googling I found out that everyone here was having issues too, except the ones that did the complete OTA. So more googling and discovered that there are other partitions related to the radio and wireless. I extraceted them from the OTA and flashed them Using TWRP and a modded Radio.zip from here. The results were that I now have 2.35 and working wirless while keeping hboot 1.09.
I have uploaded the two partitions that I flashed for those that want to see if It works for them. Just flash through TWRP. I aslo uploaded the same partitions from 1.84(these might be needed to run another rom like viper and get wireless). Someone who did the full OTA and wants to test can. Hope this help.
