Can't make calls or text after flashing radio

I flashed the latest radio in a recovery flashable file. Now I only have data. I reflashed the old one using DNA toolkit and the new one again but no luck either time.
I also tried loading a system nandroid I made 5 minutes before all this. Please help

after i do that i can flash twrp then load my nandroids?
just need a phone for a few days till i get a new m8.
might as well factory reset it i guess.
any way to not have the bootloader say relocked?

Follow the son guide exactly in Android development and you won't have any signs of it being tampered.
