I haven't had any issues, did you do a factory reset before installing, you cannot carry over JB userdata stuff, you can backup your apps with App Backup & Restore and use it to restore apps.
you might try the deodexed I uploaded today
UrDroid_ATT_Stock_KitKat_N900AATTCNC2_Rooted_Deodexed.zip
again did you do a complete wipe, factory reset from safestrap recovery? I have no issues
That is why.
I wiped data and cach through safestrap and installed in stock slot. followed directions step by step. If i want to flash deodexed to see if it fixes issue how would i flash that? also, do i need to wipe system?
I would do a wipe the first time, and you just need to copy zip to sdcard then install from recovery.
K-Alzwayed is helping me to verify all files in zip
but as I said before, I'm on AT&T service, and wifi, hotspot and all apps in rom or working fine.
ok. thank you. I followed the instructions on "Making the jump from Jellybean to KK" with the Odin.zip file thats recommended with your rom. Do you think im on a old bootloader and how do i change to a updated bootloader?
if your on JB and in your download mod you have A2
I would follow this thread and update through the OTA to NC2 and then Root with TR.apk,
If you need kernel version 722276 download here and install with odin
install Busy box from playstore then safestrap 3.72, then do a complete backup of your official KK NC2, copy your Official KK backup to your computer, then proceed to custom rom's
If You Fail at all that because of whatever reasons then Use this thread to get to NC2,

What if im on KK and my download mode reads A2?
I would go to the thread I posted for you and do not use the last unless you have no other choice, your goal is to get a official NC2 backup and copied to your computer
Do not use this thread It will give you A3
If You Fail at all that because of whatever reasons then Use this thread to get to NC2,
And when i try flashing you odex or deodex rom through recovery all i get is errors.followed your first thread and now im stuck on bootloader

Now im out of the stuck bootloader because i used the odin method from this thread http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2712039&nocache=1 that got me on KK in the first place. I think i cant use the odin method you recommended because its for MJ5. I appreciate all your help, but i dont know how im going to get Wifi working.
I'm uploading soon, sir. pray it doesn't fail.I would do a wipe the first time, and you just need to copy zip to sdcard then install from recovery.

yes.
What if u go to restoring your backup from the official stock rom threw safestrap and if fails. You follow all the steps wipe first all that and hit restore but it fails on restoring than it just boots up into just a black screen. I had thus happen to me and it went all bad after that. I'm trying get real good with android bc I had my iPhone down pack and I'm still in the learning stage with flashing roms and with the stock rom slot and with 1 threw 4 rom slots. I don't know if I could install on slot 1 and boot from slot 1 than go back to recovery and select stock rom slot than it be it be back to normal or if I boot from slot 1 and go back into recovery will my slot 1 end up being my stock rom so the only y to go back would be restoring my backup. But I thought 1 threw 4 slots don't work on kitkat
I think I'm going to share something that can help many like me who want to use the Hotspot from their N900A and can't if they are not using a AT&T service. Maybe this was already shared, I don't know.
After trying many options on the web, I installed the Xposed Framework so I could install Wanam Xposed and use the option on it, "Disable tether provisioning", it didn't work when I tried to turn on the HotSpot, but I still left the option checked on Wanam Xposed. Then I opened Xposed Installer and went to the Modules option and search for Hotspot (searching for some luck) and found this module "Moto Tether" which says that can enable WiFi Hotspot on a few phones and among them is the Galaxy Note 3, so I decided to download it and install it. After testing it for a few minutes, turning the phone off and on to make sure it works fine, I can say I can FINALLY use the Tether option on my N900A.
Update: I uninstalled the Wanam Xposed and the Tether Option still works. So this would mean that it is not necessary to install it in order to use the "Disable tether Provisioning".
1.- Install Xposed Framework app from this link: http://xdaforums.com/show....php?t=2483258
2.- Inside Xposed Installer app, go to Download, search for "X Tether", install it.
3.- Enable X Tether (Moto Tether is displayed) on the "Modules" option inside the Xposed Installer app.
4.- Reboot and you are all set.
*Note: I have the Note3 N900A running NC2, Towel Root, SuperSU and Busy box.
I hope this will help others, as I said, it works for me so far.
I want to thank Mr. @carl1961 for his advice along this road.

Followed restore using [AT&T][NC2_Bootloader][N900A MGL KITKAT][Stuck Download-Mode FIX] to a T!!!
I flashed NC2 modem via recovery from Walter White, got footer errors...
Flashed via odin, still on KOT49H.N900AUCUCMLG.
All I need is this to say NC2 to return to Best Buy and have them flash the OTA over, to be able to get official NC2, correct???
The question is...why would I be getting this footer error when flashing the modem???
