One thing I already noticed is that the cycling app now offers the ability to pause or stop versus just end workout. Still no ability to workout without GPS or general fitness monitoring.

They did some updates to the fitness most. For example heart rate monitor wasnt working for me before now its works as it should. No issues

Here's what you can expect to see in the update:
-Pedometer is more accurate and starts counting steps automatically
-Higher pedometer goals
-An easier pedometer data transfer process
-Improved heart rate monitor accuracy
-Updated Sleep Mode that disables the screen wake-up feature, so you can wear it while sleeping without being disturbed
-More options for messages sent to rejected calls and the ability to create custom messages

I still can't get the update no matter what I do, keep getting "The software update service is not available. Maximum number of roll-out updates has been exceeded."

Use Kies3. Worked without a problem and didn't reset anything.

I know I'm a bit late in the game here since I just got my gear 2, but I'm on ND8, rooted, and I want to upgrade to NE5 and root - where can I get the US NE5 firmware to upgrade with ODIN? The only things I can see are all foreign firmwares. Any issue with flashing an "unknown" or UK firmware?
