I will provide the different Stock Recoveries for the HTC One which hopefully suit your Nandroid Backups.

[MANDATORY] The bootloader has to be unlocked.
[OPTIONAL] Stock Nandroid Backup is already installed.

Hi,

I am currently stuck with boot loop issue on my HTC One HK version

I tried on web but couldn't get any executable RUU for 3.63.708.3 version

can anyone please help me with this?

I am able to access Fastboot and hence think I have only soft-bricked my phone.

Can see device name in the ADB DEVICES but when I push something and try installing it in TWRP I get an error - Can't mount /Cache or /Media etc.

I would be grateful to you for helping me out.

How can I verify that stock recovery has been flashed successful? When I click on Recovery from the boot menu the device will reboot and shortly after I have a black screen with a phone and a red triangle and an exclamation point on it. Is this stock recovery? I want to make sure I can now receive OTAs...

Yeah, this should be Stock Recovery. You will have to remove your tampered flag if there using revone. Lock the bootloader. If you don't get a tampered flag then everything should be fine.

There is probably an issue with your partitions. Try to flash a RUU or a Guru Reset.

For RUU in zip format just boot into RUU Mode fastboot oem rebootRUU and specify that there will be a zip file: fastboot flash zip [FILENAME.zip]

I'm from Peru (Latin America) and I have a HTC ONE (obviously) provider Claro Peru and need (desperately) to send it to warranty.

I only did ROOT, I have the STOCK ROM and am currently S-OFF (needed to install RUU).
The problem is that there is no RUU for my region and I need to install the STOCK RECOVERY (appropriate for my CID or similar).

You have to tell us which CID you have (in fastboot mode): fastboot getvar cid

5. Flash the downloaded recovery with either fastboot flash recovery recovery_X.XX.XXX.X.img or fastboot flash recovery recovery_X.XX.XXX.X_signed.img depending on if the file name contains a _signed or not.
X.XX.XXX.X stands for the version-main of the recovery's file name and needs to be replaced of course.

Is this instruction from the computer via Terminal (OSX) USB Fastboot or from the phone?
If the phone, how does one enter the instruction?
Or do I use TWRP (already installed) to flash from the phone?

I finally found an RUU zip file for the T-Mobile US 4.19.531.10 OTA update. Inside is the recovery.img. I've saved that, and I assume it is the stock recovery for that ROM. Won't get to try it out until there is another OTA.

hi guys, i want to reflash the stock recovery on my htc one in order to get OTA updates again. but my phone is in s-off/RELOCKED status. so i can only flash thing whit the rebootRUU comands, any help?

You can use TWRP but I suggest you do it via Terminal (OSX). The command should be the same I suppose.

You would have to reunlock the bootloader in order to flash the recovery.
Alternatively try to zip the recovery.img into a file called firmware.zip along with an android-info.txt with the following content (replace YOURCIDHERE with your CID):
