It's coming from Vodafone AU. Hopefully, it fixes the Volume bug too (not listed in their key benefits').

Better battery performance
Camera automatically detects 50/60Hz to remove flicker in stills and videos.
Updated camera settings.
Improved charger detection.

EDIT

It has fixed the volume problem on my device, hard reset not necessary.

Here is the link to the CAB update file (thanks to cYBERdEL). Happy downloading!

If you look at the previous update-page (the one for 12070), you'll see that they updated the description, saying that the 12072 includes a fix for the volume bug.
So the 12072 is simply the 12070 with a volume bug fix.

Can't find it

I've tried checking through both Navifirm and Data Packet Manager but can't find this update...
What product code do you have? RM-801? RM-819?
Can someone confirm: Is the Volume Bug fixed or not?

It doesn't seem to be in any of the 801 or 819 updates in NaviFirm. It must be only available through Zune. Hopefully, someone will post a link to a cab-updater file...

we are able to change PC on lumia's so knowing PC we can update by Zune

I haven't been following the scene for a couple of weeks but last time i checked it wasn't possible to change PC. You could flash a FW from one PC onto the other, but afaik you couldn't change the actual PC...
Any links for instructions to change Product Code out there?

Cab link

Would be great if someone could catch the Cab link during the update and share it with the rest of us :)
Use a sniffer like wireshark and log the HTTP traffic while you update a device though Zune....
Look for something looking like this
"http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/software/dflt/2012/03/pr12_oemupdate.cab.pks_0913f9fb9191ad8467f764b204e8448e703535c7.cab"
