Ok I've tried wiping and formatting to ext4 and still no luck. Desire z hboot is in tact, but Its always crashing right when it tries to load the homescreen. I've just about tried everything. I'm about ready to give up on this rom

No, its not full sense 4.0, its a minimalistic version which makes it more smooth on our phone. the full sense would be too ram heavy

Ill tell u this much. Andromadus audacity worked like a charm. As for the other sense 4 roms? Haven't tried them. Sounds like an idea I'm going to try out. Ill let you guys know what happens

Heres an update. I tried out primadonna from virtuous and it works. Thats so weird. Im starting to think that it may be the kernel. My phone doesnt like this roms kernel. I still get freezes. It may be the fact that its a bfs kernel. My phone has a history of not liking those kernels anyway. Idk HELP!

Sorry for last blank post. The only thing i can think of would probably be a new kernel. I someone can point the way for a different kernel thatll work with this one id greatly appreciate it type hopeful right now

For you and anyone else that cant get past the bootanimation, flash the rom then flash this kernel. It works for me and the problem is the undervolting in the kernal thats included in this rom. Hope it helped and all credit goes to virtuous team.

Camera/Camcorder for me is important so I'll wait for it. I was using this ROM, but as for ICS it's not for gaming yet, cause phone restarts while launching more demanding ones. As for preview of Sense 4.0 this ROM is best available IMO.
In general this is 2x faster than Sense 2.1 and 5x than Sense 3.5, so performance is very good and look+functions of Sense 4.0 are best available, but haven't used Timescape yet, only this can beat HTC, as for Motoblur, OptimusUI or TouchWiz doesn't look too good and doesn't guarantee as much improvements as Sense. I'll stay with ILWT or Andromadus since camcorder isn't working.
I realise that Camera fix won't be easy, but wish you luck with it guys.

Guess we'll have to wait for the official Desire HD update for a fully working Sense4 camera/camcorder.

2.0: Updated kernel, rebased to Desire X/SENSE 4.1, camera now fully works, fixed screen jerkiness, its faster, and more but i cant remember.
V1.0: STABLE! Updated kernel, mic should work in apps, WiFi works, much faster, can switch between 2D/3D rosie, can choose amount of homescreens, can change multitasking menu style by holding the clock in the statusbar, can change brightness by holding status bar and swiping, WiFi hotspot should work (untested), rebased to 2.22 RUU, updated apps, twitter now works in friendstream, added tweaks app. Probably more, I forgot
PATCH 1: Bluetooth is fixed, HD 720p Video recording WITH MIC is now working (and playback), and mic apparently works in SOME apps, but not others. Because Virtuous' new kernel is added, screen animations seem jerky, but they get smoother as it settles, and it does seem faster Pictures must be taken with FLASH ON. If they aren't, they will turn out all messed up. The thumbnail will be fine, but when viewing it, it is messed up. Same with looking at it on the computer.
Beta8: camera (including burstshot) and trackpad fixed
Beta7: Added a couple scripts, zipaligned, SQL optimised (faster access to things like phone/messaging), Lockscreen bug SHOULD be fixed, 1.86 base from China, Added HTC Hub scenes (untested, please confirm for me), Bluetooth seems more stable (also unconfirmed due to radio incompatibility, please confirm)
Beta6: USB menu works perfectly, bluetooth works (shown in screenshot where music is playing, it is through my bluetooth headset), updated rosie, added LeeDrOiD tweaks, mic works in apps (tested on soundhound), added one or two init.d scripts

Edit: I also found the last compiled kernel a lot snappier than the virtuous kernel. hopefully this one will be the same14Update... Kernel is coming along pretty good. I had to do a lot of editing due to kinda sloppy code directing itself to nowhere. Currently I'm trying to get the Kgsl 3D drivers to compile right, if I can't I will have to manually add the adreno drivers. Should def be done by the morning though. =D13Don't worry guys, as long as I can their kernel working here, we should have 1.0 soon.
