Your bootloader indicates that it is an HOX+ !

you have to get help in the HOX+ forum. This thread has no matching software for you !

Hox+ and hox are different !

Can someone gime some tips ?

I was using ADRH 6 for a long time, so I want to update my hboot, etc to use a newer one.

I follow the steps restoring from my old clockword backup, flash the boot.img from my first backup, erase cache, flash my recovery.img, erase cache, and lock the phone again.

The bootloader is "relocked".

But when I try to run the original update, it just stop on the hboot screen and notting happend.
If i reboot, the phone boots normally, but without this upgrade.

Any ideias ?

I want to revert to stock, I have HTC__032, main version 3.18.401.1, HBOOT 1.39 and I downloaded nandroid, but where can I get stock recovery for it?

3.14 stock recovery, download is in the OP . If you mean the stock recovery after restoring the nandroid ?

i install that stock recovery..i try to enter in it it shows me red triangle..i download OTA and try to install it,installation starts and then error..I dont know what should i do anymore..Should i try 3.18 nandroid backup or??And hboot version is 1.39..I tryed 3.14 RUU pa it tell's me Bootloader Version Error (Error 140)

You can't install the ota via the stock recovery ! If you are on stock rom + recovery you must install it via official HTC ota in phone - settings - about software updates

I already tryed

OTA get's downloaded..I click install now,and then phones reboot,and then recovery gives me error can't mount volumen part (something like that) and then OTA directory..

Flash the boot.img from the nandroid, make a full wipe and restore the backup with the CUSTOM recovery.....after that flash the STOCK recovery and perform ota from the phone menu

I get the red triangle too should i flash the boot.emmc.win or the boot-3.14.401.31.img because in your tutorial it says i should flasht boot.emmc

ok i flashed booth and i get the triangle

Plain and simple guys....

1: flash the boot.img or boot.emmc.win (depends all on the stock nandroid backup)
2: perform a full wipe in the custom recovery, cwm or twrp (depends also on the stock nandroid backup)
3: restore the stock nandroid backup
4: flash the stock recovery

The recovery.img in the nandroid backup is NOT the STOCK one.

I flash boot.img from nandroid backup folder,and i restore that nandroid that i download from here and it's 3.20.401.3 again..How is that possible xD
