Ever since I performed wire S-OFF the performance is inadequate at best. I noticed this with LWP, so I tried to run AnTuTu and guess what: it's fluctuating. I ran 4 benchmarks only for GPU. The result were like this:
1. 300
2. 700
3. 1200
4. 500

I even saw CPU working only at 1.2 GHz. I mean, WTF?! I'll make factory reset (again), but I somewhat doubt it will do any good. :-\

I made benchmarks in AnTuTu and Quadrant. This is not the phone I bought.

I just looked through the guide of the wired S-Off, says you need to be rooted, yet you say you're not?

Yeah, that didn't help. :(

Ohh then soff is not causing the issue for you.
I talked with couple of guys about the issue... They are saying that there were some similar issues.. Long back during gb era.. Where the culprit was Nand memory.. Getting screwed

I just had a thought: What if memory was wrongly formatted? Is RUU actually formating internal memory back to it's original file system?

Well memory is involved in all components. It could very well be failing NAND. It's incredibly rare for memory to fail like that, but not impossible.

AFAIK the RUU completely wipes Nand partitions and it does that by formatting them.. And then it feeds those partitions with stock junk... That's why you even lose recovery when you do a ruu run.

But Terepin you can do that again.. Do a format of all partitions and then freshly install a rom.. Either stock or custom..

But if Nand is really screwed then the performance fluctuations really do happen when there are i/o and read/write operations involved.. also the system and data partitions are in Nand.. Which are used almost every time

Now this is interesting. Even with performance governor the max frequency is jumping from 1.5 to 1.2 GHz. See for yourself.
