I have the orange and black one, you just need a charger that states its qi standard or complies with it.
Mine doesnt charge at as it gets warm (tickle charge), the temp sensor must stop it charging, this is the second ebay qi that has done it,looking into a offical one instead

I have black+black one and it works just fine with original nexus 4 adapter. You gotta put the phone on the exact location to prevent heating and "tickle charge". If I do it right, phone get charged kinda fast, not as fast as with wall charger but faster than with USB. I also got one. It works fine with N4. I am using original wall charger.

Just received one of these today! Seems to work pretty well - you know when you've positioned it correctly because you get audio feedback. Seems to charge OK, looking at the battery graph.
On the back of the box in the specs, it says "conversion 72%". I guess that means you lose 28% of its charging potential via wireless, compared to wired?
Still, it feels fast, and does its job.

Looks the same, though the one referenced in the first post comes with a 15cm and a 150cm USB-micro USB cables. It looks like you just get the Qi disc here.
