Ok it doesnt sound like you are doing it wrong, but I will try with some instructions to make it completely fool-proof. Some of the steps are likely to be unnecessary but this way will leave you in no doubt.

  • Do a factory reset and full wipe + cache and dalvik.
  • Flash a GB rootable ROM with PC-Odin. DO NOT USE A NANDROID.
    Root it with zergrush exploit.
  • See this thread for stock ROMs and rooting method:
    http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1329360
  • Do a factory reset and full wipe + cache and dalvik.
  • Download Mobile Odin Pro
  • Re-download CF-Repack from here: http://www.mirorii.com/fichier/3/501208/I9220LP1-N7000-ICS-REPACK-tar.html and put on your external SD card.
  • Re-download SGN0T from the OP and put on your external SD card
  • Flash the CF Root .tar with Mobile Odin Pro (make sure Everroot, CWM etc are all ticked - they are normally ticked by default)
  • Once finished the phone should automatically boot in to CWM. DO NOT REBOOT THE PHONE!
  • Do a factory reset and full wipe + cache and dalvik.
  • Immediately install SGN0T in CWM.
  • Do a factory reset and full wipe + cache and dalvik.
  • Reboot your phone and you should be fully set with a baseband.

2nd time i reboot after flashing the cf root.. my baseband is there..
seem like while flashing the rom there are something happening that may be the cause of the missing baseband..

Yes.. and for stock I had try alot of diff build to flash and also diff way like run setup, let it boot 2/3 times and etc but problem still persist..
The only thing I realize is after I flash the pics repack thru mobile Odin n reboot it seems that my CSC is gone if check *#1234#..
For the miui I can't use that code..

after flashing...flash any modem, which comes to your country and then check...

What app the best to use?
PC Odin, mobile Odin or cwm?

None till now , it seems all working well

    Download:

Download HERE - this is an untouched version

    MIRROR > http://www.mediafire.com/?k91j3pjg6ukubac

    Installation:

INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BRICKS!
(This ROM may not be safe to flash -- it may have to be repackaged! Don't flash if you don't know what you're doing!)

Since this ROM is based on Stock ICS -- make sure to go back to GB first and then flash this!

    Courtesy: An anonymous friend!

This ROM is based on Stock LPF (not CM9). So, it could potentially eff up your phone if you don't follow proper instructions!

    Fresh install [ recommended ]

DON'T flash FROM i9220 LEAKED REPACK!

    1. Download / Save { ROM } & GAPPS to your SDCard
    2. Go back to GB, then Boot into Recovery {CWM} and Full Wipe (Factory reset + cache + dalvik )
    3. Flash > { ROM } & GAPPS
    4. Reboot System
    5. Give some time [3-5min] and let the ROM settle down
    6. Go to google play and install >> superSU

    ------

TO FIX SUPER SU OR SUPERUSER UPDADE BINARY

    1. Go to tools pemission manager > root permission select super su or superuser and allow root permission for them

    2. go to apps also in permission manager select super su or superuser > i trust it ON

    3. THEN go to su and update binary
