[Q] How to update HTC ONE (AT&T) to 4.4.2 outside the US?

How can I update my HTC ONE to android 4.4.2 ?

The phone was bought from amazon, its an unlocked AT&T version running the standard 4.1.2 with all the at&t apps however Im not located in the US nor am I on AT&T so I can't get the OTA update.

I know the HTC one X had a way which was provided by HTC on their website where they got the download file and just installed with sync manager

Is there an easier method ? While updating HTC One X AT&T unlcoked from ICS to JB it was as simple as flashing a RUU from HTC

no really, this time.. there is not ROM from htc.com …

Im outside of US too and I'm still waiting the update via OTA
