Cheer up guys, at last, I've found a dump of our stock recovery somewhere in a forum.
I'm yet to try it though.

I compressed my system backup to less than 1 Gigabyte, I uploaded a part of it today and the rest shall follow.

I used TWRP v2.8
I had to wait (in recovery mode) until the screen goes off, turn it on without touching the screen, wait until it goes off one more time then turn on the screen before TWRP responds to my touches. [emoji28]
Of course, the first thing I did was changing screen on time from 60s to 15s.

Thank you. Which D820 do you got? The last time i tried several twrp recoveries and tools for the D820 but none of them worked. I really would like to root my phone. Unrooted feels unright haha.
I got the D820 single sim with Snapdragon 615 octa core processor and 2gb ram.

cant extract the files

are u done from uploading the files? i downloaded it and cant extract ( unknown format or damage )

I'm done now. [emoji2]
Recovery, boot and system (1 part tar.xz and the other 18 rar parts, join before extracting or use a tool that can handle split rar files)

i restore the files

and now the phone stuck in the logo screen

You forgot the *.tar.xz file

i try it many times and every time i wipe the every thing then try it again but still stuck at logo screen
