I'm running seanzscream's SkyNote Air Vanilla (built from ATT latest OTA 4.3) and popup browser working perfect. Check out his thread in Development Forum.... outstanding rom. Either run his rom or try to extract popup browser apk.
Can you extract apk for me if possible? I am visiting that section right now. Thanks

I believe you need the framework edits from his rom to get it to work.
