[Q] how to repair phone after warranty is lost?

short story
warranty lost by unlock bootloader and living in another country, screen damaged, needs repairing

long story
phone bought in CHILE (CLARO), i live in venezuela (had to sim unlock the phone), screen suddenly became bad, a factory quality control issue, the issue is not rom problem or software, i tried every rom, GPE, stock, etc, it is a hardware problem, even shows problem in fastboot

so, well, i need to repair the phone, what can i do??

i wish to send it to USA to be repaired but i don´t know if motorola has that service, to repair even after warranty lost, i want to pay for repair, shipping etc, what could i do

no, in venezuela you cannot do any repair, there are no spare parts, no qualified technicians, nothing, and off course chile is not an option

i bought it in chile, i live in vzla and wan to send it to USA

there is no CS in venezuela, and i unlocked bootloader, still i want to pay for reparation

As far my knowledge goes, you have two option opened.
1. You should go to the customer care again (Sometimes they repair phone with a certain charge)
2. Or you may go to any phone mechanic to repair your phone.
