Any flash tool for this device?
QFIL tool and MSM Download tool was mentioned in forums but could not get it to work
The firmware .ozip is not supported by QFIL. Even upon extraction, there was no .mbn file in the extract folder that QFIL tool usually requires.

FWIW - both QFIL and MSMDownloadtool won't work because the correct firehose loader doesn't seem to be out there
I'm working on something, BUT I need root to make a full backup of the /data partition
That doesn't go as far as custom a ROM as I cannot jeopardize the data
