from my experience this was the most reliable, smooth and good looking rom base for the sensation. if it will work even half as good on the evo as it works on the sensation and with m-deejay's experience as a dev... this rom will be a hit. downloading

on evo3d this rom works better than on sensation

Ganii and Monx have camera semi-working on AOSP ICS, maybe you could check by them.

I'm also interested by the kernel as it was the major missing thing to begin testing ICS Sense. Did you buid one by your own?

kernel based on htc source + toastcfh and CAF patches + some my changes
