[Q] Unfortunately I got scammed (Blacklisted Phone) What do i do?)

I really need help.
i just purchased a Samsung galxy s4 from someone and found out it was blacklisted.
i really dont have any money for someone to do a bypass or change the imei no.
i need to find a way to do this myself.
is there a way you can assist me in doing this because i desperately need this phone to work.

If it's the T-Mobile one you can unlock it and use it on AT&T or vice versa but I can give you no more advice aside from that.

The changing or swapping of IMEI is against the law and against XDA rules.
It is very unfortunate that you where duped but maybe you should follow a course of legal action against the individual who sold you the device.
Please refrain from bringing this subject up in these forums.
