Everything works perfectly except, I feel, slight battery drain. Otherwise the most bug free pie ROM ever used.

It is NOT GAME BOOSTER, this is publicity trick! This is harm TASK KILLER. It was on previous ZenUI and still now, one of the Asus Mobile manager service part.
Thanks for feedback and good words! I want to say about paragraph 5: in BORETS ROM Settings>ROOT required you can find Google Pay Patch for working banking apps without magisk hide needed and with any Google Play version.

On previous Rom have added AI Boost too? Finally i've come to previously Rom .

AI BOOST also trick. All task killers is harm and useless... In the next update I add Boost function in the QS panel because ROM for ZenUI fans(but it is not change my opninion about). Game Genie used this function also but call this like game booster for loud sounds like effect
ROG Phone have special filesystem partition for GPU optimizer. I do not think that it possible to port. And I'm is not a gamerWow , i am is a ZENUI fans

Yes bro the patch works flawless but hide is needed for me for my company app which we all can ignore.
Developer tab is not opening on my phone it is freezing the phone don't know why.
Anyways the ROM is very good please look if you can make it smooth in next build. Thanks for your hard work!
feels like im using zenfone 5.. great rom.. everythings works flawlesly.. theres some cons..

i have clean flashed the rom
so here is my review of this Rom
first boot took nearly 8 mins because of the fact that the rom is fully deodexed
intial impressions were not that great
the UI is good to look but the UI response needs to modified severely
UI is lagging mostly . Hope the dev can fix it asap
Audio through 3.5 mm jack isn't that great compared to havoc Rom
Night light is working fine
nice battery backup
you can get SOT of easily 8 hours with normal usage
Asus themes are working
lockscreen UI is damn good
i think this Rom is great but the UI should be fast
if the UI is fast enough like the stock Rom then it will be the perfect daily driver and OS for the asus zenfone max pro m1
Dev your hardwork is very valuable and it just needs some modifications
please fix the response rate and we will make this Rom our primary daily driver
with love and Hope on behalf of all the maxproM1 users

Bugs/shortcommings:- If you using two SIM cards and choose some SIM card for default voice call then after ~3-5 minutes after each reboot choosed default SIM card for voice calls changed to "always ask"

-For unknown reasons, if you apply third-party dark colored wallpapers on your desktop, then the volume panel becomes grey with dark buttons. The solution, if you want to use your dark wallpaper with dark system theme and have a volume panel of full dark color - create your own theme by including your picture in the composition. This is done from the "Themes" application - the "Me" tab -My creations-paint roller-create a theme and then install it from the same "My creations" menu. Composition light system theme+dark third-party dark wallpapers have not this bug already
How to install:How to install:
1. Possible dirty install over my previous builds but I disclaimer
2. No need to flash any firmware because ROM installer is all inclusive
3. Need unlocked bootloader and TWRP 3.2.3.0 or newer
4. Download ROM and put to phone
5. If you using another ROM(not BORETS ZenUI56) then you should Twrp and make wipe>advanced wipe>data. IMPORTANT: if you used f2fs for data and/or cache in previous ROM then please format them in ext4 back because I'm not add this placebo in my ROM and in the kernel
6. Install ROM zip
7. Wipe dalvik-cache
8. Turn on phone and wait 5-10 minutes
9 Enjoy

Disclaimer: I do not respond for hearing damage from listen music on high volume level! Improving the sound both in the wire and in Bluetooth, the bass is juicier, the volume of music has increased significantly, especially in wired headphones, the background hiss is eliminated when talking via Bluetooth headsets

Rebranding into the shorter name "BORETS ZenUI56", I hope this will reduce the number of distortions of the firmware name from foreign users
Changed drivers WIFI, exFAT, NTFS, NTFS now works on read / write, not just read
BORETS ZenUI56 settings now support themes
Added style switching between ZenUI56 and ZenUI 6.0
