heyy! i'm using the 1.0.5 and it's pretty awesome except for a few issues
i dont know if some of these are from using titanium back up but:
1. whenever i try to enter contacts and view people it automatically force closes.
2. i dont have all my contacts in my phone but i'm going to try and re-sync my google acount and see if that helps
3. i've noticed two different font sizes in this build, one's bigger than the other and it i dont really understand why, like for example the settings menu, and phone, fonts smaller in particularly
4. mail force closes often too
--in fact alot of htc functions force close
but besides those awesome build!
let me know anything i can do to help and i hope you keep up the good work
Its Definitely caused by using titanium .. We Been testing this for several weeks .. and nothing like that .. I would reinstall .. do Not Load anything and test and see if it does it then you will find everything works

gmail fc... is there any fix?
i got fc once after loading this rom, i just rebooted and then its good, no more fc....this rom by far is THE BEST rom for us TMOUS guys, great work CMY keep it up buddy

Any issues with mybackup root or backupeverything? Or a better question...what IS the recommended method to get my data, ringtones etc transferred over?
Anyone tried using the flash.cfg which is supposed to make the rom "clockwork compatible?" Anyone made a CWM rom-zip?

the rom hybrid HD / z when I install 2 applications of "HTC LIKES" Wiget type such as translation and voice recorder disappear after restart and when I look for an error Wiget .....
in the hd rom when I try to add an additional city in the climate, the program force close ......

First off, great work, and I'm not complaining, just giving my feedback so it may help others. (I hate when people just complain pointlessly).
On the first setup, Gmail FC'ed while in the initial setup screen, just after adding the gmail account. It wouldn't open at all until the first sync was completely finished, and then it froze and I had to FC it manually.
After a reboot, it seems fine, but I had to pull the battery to finish the reboot, as it hung on a black screen and the notification LED still on. After I put the battery back in and powered up again, I haven't had any issues. Please reboot before posting if you have any problems on the initial setup. Great ROM!
Just copied a new framework-res.apk and rebooted. Works fine, so root seems to be fully working without rerooting as well.
I'll post battery stats once I have enough data, if anyone cares.

i'm using the v2 rom, and its the best rom i have ever tried!!!! very fast & fully loaded for us t-mobile users. i love it!! keep up the good work my frien. finally someone making great roms for us tmous users!

Update: At some point, all the accounts in Accounts & Sync disappeared. After a reboot, they were still gone, so I had to reenter them. When I added my gmail account again, the News account mysteriously reappeared. Still had to re-add the Sense and Skype accounts. Weather cannot be readded as it says it's already there, but it doesn't show up in the accounts list. I rebooted again after re-adding everything, and the weather account was back in the list again.
Anybody seen this before? I've been using Android ROMs for months and have never had this happen.
FYI, I don't use any backup stuff like Titanium Backup, so I don't think there could have been any external interference, other than overwriting the framework-res.apk, but I don't see any possible effect from that.

So you're saying that i shouldnt use any back up applications to restore my set up from other builds because it causes force closes?
as is no restore apps can be used?
--and what about the different font sizes?
After the initial setup I haven't had a single issue with this ROM. I've installed all my usual applications now and it's still running strong, no FC's to mention!

No, I've never had this happen to me on any Android ROM I've flashed to date. Although I've yet to try replacing the framework-res.apk, always just used what came with the ROM's...if that is what caused your issue.
To rule it out you could re-flash the ROM without overwriting the framework and see how it goes for you.
I've been using v2 since last night and only thing that I can come up with is it takes a fee minutes for data to reconnect upon reboot , other than that everything is working as expected ...great Rom
