Well, am new in here , was a Note 1 user and had the resizeable popup browser apk . am not sure if it works here too
PS I'll be testing it now and let you know how it goes .

I why did my GT-I9500 not change the Basisbandversion when i flash omega roms i have flashed Omega 9 an haver I9500XXUBMF8 instand of DDUBMF8 why is this when i flash a other rom it do this? i have the I9500XXUBMF8 becouse i have install a other rom becouse omega 8 does this not, so i install a other rom then wipe my phone and install the omega rom that i have the actuall basibandversion. Why whats wrong with your rom or installer?

You don't have to root, what you do need is a custom recovery, such as CWM or equivalent to "flash" the .zip file(omega rom) . You won't "break" the phone by flashing a custom rom, you will however void the warranty, however it is not permanent, you can flash stock firmware and an app such as triangle away to erase all evidence!

Again, sorry for asking maybe silly questions, i'm new in this. But what means that the rom is deodexed? and althought it says "no full wipe" is it recommended to do a full wipe? Also, after flashing this rom, is my device automatically rooted?

2. Copy rom to your device
3. Boot to recovery and flash Omega

New modems will be available at Omega Files Free and Pro if you want to test them,

Please read the following before flashing:
knox:
The new Omega is based on Samsung Android firmware and it needs a custom recovery for the installation.
This mean the knox will be triggered and your warranty will be void, more info:

Omega Files Repo:
Omega Files repo is ready and included in Omega Files Free and Pro
Wipe:
This Omega Rom version is a No Full wipe rom but Full Wipe is recommended if you have issues.
Backup:
Make sure to make and keep in a safe place an efs backup - nadroid backup - titanium backup - etc, in case you ever need to restore!
Installation:
1. Backup your device (nadroid backup, titanium backup, efs backup ... etc) and save the backup to a safe place.
2. Flash a custom recovery compatible with Lollipop (Latest TWRP is the recommended one) with odin
3. Flash the latest Lollipop bootloader and modem with odin (Download from here)
4. Boot to Recovery (if you are using Philz recovery flash from internal sdcard only) and flash Omega, first boot will take about 25 to 30 minutes
PLEASE FOLLOW THE EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ELSE YOU WILL HAVE VARIOUS ISSUES!
Data apps:
Flashing Rom with Full wipe or with No Full Wipe some applications installed at data/app folder (like Omega Files, OmegaDroid, Chrome, STranslator etc)
All this data apps can not be removed because android 5.0 (lollipop) treats them like system apps and after a reboot they are reinstalled even if you remove them.
This data/apps are necessary to keep system partition with enough free space.
To remove this apps here are some options:
1. Do not install apps you do not need during flash (deselect them from aroma)
2. Use this flashable aroma zip file to remove them after flashing Omega rom (very easy to do)
3. Delete them yourself from data/app folder (not so easy)
Tips:
*SuperSu: If needed open SuperSu and update SU binary, then choose normal and reboot device.
*For Accuwheather widget transparent go to Accuwheather widget Settings and select the Widget transparency you like
*To change Battery icons use 3minit batteries app, more than a thousand battery icons included.
*3Minit Battery mod can be removed from Omega Files
*Change Battery icons to Stock from 3Minit Battery app if you want to keep Sfinder buttons hidden at Notification Panel
** If you flash Stock Kernel wifi will not work
