Go download catlog on the playstore. Once you have it installed open it then our app then go back to catlog look for our app on the list...hit the expand all button and screenshot it. Should have red icons next to it so you can find it easy.

Has anyone tested blackout jb email for jb 4.2 on slim bean rom yet? I tried to flash it several times but no luck.

The email in slim gapps is email.apk in system/apps/, but this blackout version has name email2.apk, which doesnt show up in app draw after flashing. As i know, slim bean 6.0 is 4.2.2 based.

Delete app data and remove the one included in your ROM. Then rename the inverted one Email.apk, check that permissions are -rw-r--r-- and reboot. Should be fine once you set up your accounts all over again.

Thanks. This is what ive done:
- uninstall the old email app included in slim gapps. Reboot.
- reboot to recovery to flash this blackout jb email. Reboot to system.
- go to system/app/ to rename email2.apk to email.apk, check permission to make sure its rw-r-r. reboot.
- now, email app still doesnt show up.

I dont know why...

I'm using it on slim right now, just delete email.apk on system/app and flash it in recovery. Wipe cache and dalvik cache before you boot.

How's the updated ebay coming?

When it's ready we will notify everyone.

Check the version numbers, the only one we are not updating yet is fb messenger. Some of those apps are getting new screenshots and descriptions updated and it triggers the updater. Just ignore them or just reinstall ours.

I disagree there, I don't think it's the same thing at all...

If I'm working and a guy asks me how it's going, I tell him as it's a polite inquiry as to if I've hit any problems or not.

If the same guy comes up and asks how long it's going to take then yes, that is rude.

I think this place is so wrapped up in the whole "no ETA" rule that you find people jump up to say it when the question hasn't even been asked!!

(Nothing directed at anybody in that last paragraph, merely an observation of the general population of xda.)

People can ask for an ETA all they want or request something all they want. We can choose to ignore it, answer it politely or answer it rudely... Its all in how we're wired for communication. I'm chill and laid back so I just brush over the stupid ETA questions but some people get tired of seeing those types of questions all over the place so they speak up. But with so many mods/ROMs/themes/apps/etc on this and other sites, it does get old seeing people deliberately asking for an ETA on something in threads...

I just want to end this right here please....I've answered you both and there isn't any need to go on about it anymore.

IMO asking about updates is like pushing for it to be done and makes the developer frustrated when we want to get updates done asap but also need time to reset our brains. It's not like it's being conceived as rude as to frustrating the developer. We have a list of members on our site but currently we only have three of us doing updates and new creations...lately only two of us have been doing updates because the others were creating the updater app. I don't need a response and want this to stop here with this topic. I will either ignore or ask not to ask for ETA's if and when people ask anyway.

Thanks

DJ

The updater will be a great addition! That way it can be included in roms and you can still track how many apps are downloaded. Thank you for the quality work!

Totally agree..and wanted to add that as simple as users can think its hours days weeks by devs...so take your time..you (devs) already please lots of users..

Im in somehow inpatient but hey because of waitin i read more, search more and learn more...i hate spoon feeding..but since tons of apps, themes, widget and apps..all i need to do is experiment and try it myself...

As long as you have backup and time to do it..Android is not equal to laziness.....

Team Black Out is a team of both veteran app "Inverters" and new-comers that want to learn. With over A lot of popular Blacked Out and Transparent Android apps in our list, we are sure to not only amaze you but to guarantee once you use our Themed Apps you'll Black Out for a while.. The Team isn't doing ROMS though. We are simply combining the great minds of some of the Best in the Business when it comes to making apps Blacked Out or Transparent. We have only a few team members now because some are planning on being lightly active, so if you're already into doing Blacked Out apps, hit us up if you wanna join. We don't want to train people from the ground up but you don't have to be the best either. We will are hosting guides on this site to help walk people through the process of Inverted Apps...

    T-BOTS.png

T-BOTs are the Team Black Out Testers. When we update an app or start a new one from scratch, we can put anywhere from 20 minutes to 10 hours into 1 app for all of you and then testing that app can take 10-60 minutes and we don't use every app we Black Out so we're bound to miss some hidden things. Well, this is where our Loyal T-BOTs come into play. Once we update an app they get busy looking for issues for us. This gives us more time to be able to update more apps, start new apps or just have some non-android fun. So make sure you thank the T-BOTs when you get blown away from how amazing these apps are!

Obviously this style is the most popular. We don't theme our apps with images but rather Invert the Colors so you'll have Dark backgrounds and Light texts. This is very popular and has become something that many avid Android users have come to thoroughly enjoy so we will do our best to give you more of what you love!

    Transparent.png

Transparent apps have become more popular the last year or so and some members of the Team have been offering them for a while now. Our transparent series of apps are called Clear Apps. Being able to see your wallpaper while you're using your favorite apps is just cool! We'll be offering our own wallpapers soon for you to use!

Ok kids... click on "Welcome to the Dark Side" at the top and it will take you to our official Team Black Out website! All downloads are hosted there only to keep track of everything. If you've used any of our apps in the past in your Aroma installers or in your ROM, you can still use them. Link back to our SITE wherever you post our content tho. Do not post something in a different forum using our work and then PM us to let us know and hope it's ok with us.... It isn't. Ask first and we'll work with you but ask for forgiveness and we have a problem.

    Thanks
