First timer with this ROM. I see Toggle LED Flashlight in the Widget Buttons section, but it is greyed out. How do I select this?

I dove down Latigo Canyon this morning, with intermittent cell signal. When I got to the bottom of the hill, the 3g linked up and worked without rebooting. This hasn't happened for me since gingerbread.

The ROM does not change your radio, no radio is included.
Ah, OK. Must be left from my previous dinking around. If anyone cares, it's working great for me.

I had this issue a few times. it has to do with the kernel you're using. OC'ing too high does this, some govs and having deep idle enabled.

I had that issue and I fix it with raising min mhz to 200. Sometime scaled it up to 400 mhz. Some kernel cooks has their booting up at 200mhz as default.

Is it just me or does the Min CPU frequency changes to 200MHZ by itself. When I reboot it goes back to 100MHZ....
Edit: I can reproduce this. Force a Launcher redraw by going to it's settings and then pressing the Home button. Then go to the CPU Settings and you will see it changed from the default 100MHZ to 200MHZ...

Verified. (Sort of) Check Performance Settings, min shows as 100mhz. Hit Home and then hold back to kill Launcher. Then sends me back to Performance Settings and the min shows as 200mhz. Hit Home again and go back to Performance Settings and it again shows the min as 100mhz.
EDIT: CPU Spy seems to indicate that 100mhz is being used as it should be.
So this might be just cosmetic. That's better than CPU freq going crazy.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. Instructions:
First time flashing CyanogenMod 9 to the Nexus S 4G, or coming from another ROM?
- Root the device and install ClockworkMod Recovery. Instructions are available here.
- Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
- Format the system, data & cache partitions of your device.
- Perform a factory reset.
- Flash CyanogenMod.
- Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.
- Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
Experience issues? Please provide the following info:
- If the device was hard reboot, please provide the file "/proc/last_kmsg".
- If the device was soft reboot or is "bootlooping", please run a logcat and provide the full output.
- Please use Pastebin when possible.
This is ONLY and early build of CM. Still a lot to be done there, so we can call it ALPHA build but is a daily use, so you can use normally.

I'm gonna to try to answer your questions without flaming you but it's difficult....
1. Face Unlock comes from the Gapps you use, not the ROM.
2. Voodoo features are already included in the ROM. DSP for Voodoo Sound features and the colors can be adjusted in the included settings without installing Voodoo.
3. No one cares how busy you are, Kalim is probably a busy man too.
4. Developer or not, stupid post is stupid post.
5. Stop shouting, you're an idiot.

Please do a complete wipe/clean prior to installation, even if currently running an ICS ROM. Many changes between builds prior to 4.0.3 and this build.
Cleaning
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Wipe Cache Partition
- Mounts and Storage -> Format /system
- Mounts and Storage -> Format /boot
- Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Launcher is Laggy
- From home screen -> Preferences
- Drawer -> Uncheck "Join with Apps"
