I've been running the Rogers Gingerbread firmware since I got my Captivate Glide, but want to try installing the CM11 firmware. The instructions here recommend upgrading to 4.0.4 first: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=49743700

I don't have access to a Windows machine, so Odin isn't an option, but I do have TWRP installed. I can't seem to see any information on whether it's possible/how to upgrade the necessary bits through TWRP or CWMR though. Can I just flash the UCLJ3 baseband (http://dualhoki.vim.hu/bubor/dev/modem/UCLJ3.bin) or is there more to it than that?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

you must have TWRP for KK base roms. You can install TWRP and modem from rooted device, but without odin I wouldnt suggest to start it, you may fail and without odin access you might not be able fix it.

anyway you can find alternativ program heimdal ( http://glassechidna.com.au/heimdall/ )
