[Q] Out of service

I had just updated HTC Metro PCS software 3.03.1500.0 into 3.02.1550.2 710RD but after everything was done it is out of service then i can't call and text. What should i do now? It is CDMA phone. Is network disabled after i updated? How to enable the network??????:confused::rolleyes::crying::rolleyes:
