For those who wants to try it out. Just saw today on SamMobile site they just released the Official KitKat 4.4.2 for our N8000 :)

Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09 https://mega.co.nz/#!UdRRyCAT!H4FyVxYynNWvXqRNmnpMGQRCP-dG3uykgP2pT4rh8Ek
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes

those on GT-N8013 can install this with a little work

Just unpack with 7-zip the "N8000XXUDNE4_N8000OXADNE4_DBT.zip" then unpack the "N8000XXUDNE4_N8000OXADNE4_N8000XXUDNE1.tar.md 5" and use TAR_MD5_PACKAGER to re pack all files except the sboot.bin,tz.img and modem.bin,

put cache.img, hidden.img,system.img,recovery.img and the boot.img in the parts folder (Tip: You can put the leaked KK boot.img here and save installing the attached Stock-GT-N8000-leaked-KK-Boot.img-CWR-installer.zip)

and tar pack to one tar file install with odin

when tablet boots go through the setup skipping every thing
reboot to download mod and install custom recovery

root your tablet

to get wifi fixed

copy attached boot and wifi fix to sdcard

install Stock-GT-N8000-leaked-KK-Boot.img-CWR-installer.zip

then install GT-N8013-KK-WiFi-Fix.zip

to remove the Signal Icon install SystemUI_Remove_Signal_Icons_Official_KK_CWR_insta ller.zip

Do you know if it is ok to install this on N8013? I have seen ROMs that support both N8000 and N8013, but I don't know about the official one...

EDIT:
Forgive my stupid comment, I got excited :(
N8000 is the 3G variant. N8010 is the other WiFi one. I got confused.

and i need to flash via odin right . right now im on stock with out root
kind a bored witing for the OTA so wanted to try this one out

every thing looking fine, this version not have arabic language for UI, Screen shot button replaced by power+volume down combination and that's what I would like before because of miss pushing this button always.

    You have to remove sboot.bin and tz.img, your current bootloader is blocking downgrade

    unzip N8000XXUDNE4_N8000OXADNE4_N8000XXUDNE1.tar.md5 with 7-zip
    detele sboot.bin and tz.img

    copy rest of files to parts folder in the TAR_MD5_PACKAGER run the bat file choose option 1 give a name press enter, then press Y for yes, wait..... then choose option 2 for MD5 select 1 press enter then press Y for yes, install with Odin 3.07
