[Q] GT-i9300 turned into SGH-i747. How to turn it back?

Hello everybody!

My phone which is a Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 version (thats what it says on the sticker and the box) now appears as SGH-i747 (in Download Mode) product name.

I've been surfing the internet and doing a lot of research on whats going on with my GT-i9300 since I cant boot to the OS or Recovery, I can only boot to Download Mode. This happened after trying CF-ROOT (I used the one that was supposed for to work for my phone) and since then I can't install anything-i9300 'cause Odin just wont be able to because the phone displays the message "unsupported dev_type".

I thought about just flashing a SGH-i747 stock rom but I don't wanna risk my phone much more and hard-brick it

I really need help on this. Is there any way to return it to i9300?

EDIT:

I tried the solution above and didnt work, I flashed a SGH-I747 rom since is the only thing the phone wants to eat. It flashed flawless. I dont know whats going on... For example, if I go to recovery mode there is an error messages about multiple CSC, but the phone is working nevertheless :s I really wish I could go back to i9300
