The only issue I can think of is http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1159877, that are basically formatting issues.
Am I missing something else?
No bugs at the moment in my defy red lens, but wish to know why is so fast! even installed over my rom base and with other kernel not the original one.

The stock ROM has a problem witg high speed cards.. It becomes read only after a while.

Yup, you can skip tracks with the headset.
And launcher speed, it is blur home. I would say, its fast enough for me, but can't say for you. So, try it and see for yourself

Wipe battery stats
Go to custom recovery -- advanced --- wipe battery stats ... reboot
charge again until 100% and most important calibrate it with a proper application (battery calibration free on market)

What device are you on? On a Defy+ I've tested it on multiple devices, and battery has been charging perfectly. Did you clear battery stats if you did not wipe data?
If its a Defy, a few have reported there was no need for a battery fix, but I haven't tested myself.
You need to decompile the SystemUI.apk and modify the xmls (The stock battery icons have been untouched. So, its all still there), and then recompile.

Don't a lot of free time currently. So, won't really be able to work on the low-priority stuff soon. But may be I'll write a tutorial to add languages if its not already there (which if I'm not wrong must be there).
I did wipe battery stats. I have a defy+. I checked battery monitor. It reaches only 1534mAh

How to Install:
1. Root your Phone and Install Bootmenu (SndInitDefy_2.0.apk)
2. Extract the downloaded file to the SD card at: /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup
3. Copy all the update zip files, if any, anywhere into your SD card.
4. Reboot
5. Boot into 2nd-init (Volume-Down on Blue LED)
6. Go to "Recovery" -> "Custom Recovery" -> "Backup and Restore" -> "Restore" -> "PVL-StockPlus-v1"
7. To install the updates, if any, choose "Install from zip from sdcard" -> Select all the update zips one by one and install.
8. Wipe data (Optional but recommended) and cache (Strictly required).
9. Reboot
If you're on a Green Lens Defy, you should probably wait for walter79's MSGinger. While I intend to focus only on the Defy Plus and Red Lens Defy, walter's ROMs provide a wide range of compatibility.

Correctly unzipped with 7zip.
the md5 in nandroid.md5 is actually different from the system.ext3.tar one and from any other file in the directory.
Damn! Terribly Sorry guys! I will reupoload it! Meanwhile, you don't have to redownload it again. Just open the nandroid.md5 in a text editor and replace it the line with md5 of "system.tar.ext3" with
Code:a1dd5d0b16b56d94b5cb77f213dcf594 ./system.ext3.tar
Save it, and now it should work!
