So it basically allows the OS to work better with the apk thus making the system respond faster. Nice. Learn something new everyday.

Ahh, I'm in all is well. This is what I was talking about by the way. I can use adb to push apps to system/app and they actually install.

Currently running with Lee 2.2.4, smooth as butter. Thank you soooo much. More testing to come.

Edit, nevermind, found it.

Any reason you are using 2.2.4 and not 2.2.5?

I don't yet have my inspire. Coming from a captivate so I am very new to this forum. In order to flash this do I need the goldcard?
I've got alot to learn about the htc system, flashing the captivate was very easy. After reading about the inspire it seems to be much more difficult to flash and root.
Thank you in advance fire any answers.

It comes with the stock kernel. No need to flash another if you don't want oc.

yes, you will have to first root your phone, using either the hack kit or the one click method which means you must make a gold card. read the instructions and follow them step by step im sure you will make it fine

you dont have to have a kernel, you can just flash the rom. after flashing the rom you can flash one of the OC kernels in the forum if you want.
