Delete /system/bin/nitrality & /system/app/insanity-toolbox.apk or /system/app/insanity.toolbox.apk if you using an older version

add both insane-zeam.apk & insanity-toolbox.apk to /system/app/

1) make changes to insane zeam
2) launch nitrality --> tools --> backup insane zeam
3) make more changes
3) launch nitrality --> tools --> restore insane zeam

Make sure your settings where restored. Please play and let me know, this does not backup widget settings as this is not stored in the zeam database, will look into this some other time.

Please not experienced users only, no trolls... There will be no support on the above unless I know you, or you are an experienced user

Installed all according to the specs.. (specifications). Restarted the SGS (just for good measure).

Nitrality 0.7.2 gives an error: fetching of latest content description file failed.

(using local file)

made a backup
changed stuff in zeam
did a restore..

(drum-roll......)

It works!

great work nitr8! (hope you'll get the widgets too one day!)

ps: i feared that my widgets would be gone after the restore but the remained where i left them!

ps2: i just changed a setting (fullscreen) in zeam and did a restore. zeam still was in full screen mode after the restore. Did a restart of zeam. Still in full screen mode... Oh well... I am satisfied with the icons and screens being restored in zeam...

Is it healty/desireable/possible to use darky's ram script AND the fugu tweaks in combination with this rom? (and if so, why doesn't nitr8 import it into his rom?)

ps: Yes, i was looking at the sig of silvergold

I just saw someones sig with that exact config... so I assume it works, however, I do believe the fugu tweaks were IN the rom and then taken out as there was no difference.

well the RAM script was in way before darky made a hype about it, i think it was in before the 0.6.x relases, as for fungu they already included in v7.0

So the simple answer to your question is half of it already is in my ROM well before there was a stink about it, as for fugu tweaks, it broke boot ani on SO kernels, but in v7 im running my own kernel so have used the fugu tweaks.

I am currently using Fugu Tweaks & Darky's RAM Script and I find it to work very nice. Also for a bit of stability I recommend you check "Keep In Memory" from Launcher Pro.
