Btw... with my prior post about S5PC110 sample board now it makes more sense...
moviNAND fusing tool... :D
odroid u-boot wiki...

Again. Try to collect as much as you can Documents about S5PC110 and the other parts of Wave...

They are all floating around somewhere in the Internet, or maybe they are all here on XDA.

Use Google to find them...

You have now more time, bada 2.0 comes maybe first in September...

Best Regards

some links than may be useful

Hello everybody.
As a wave user i've been watching this thread with great joy and antecipation.
Wish all you mobile gurus a great sucess in acomplishing this task. :)

My technical knowledge is these matters is low, but i registered here, so i could post some links i found that seem to be useful:

1) http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/productInfo.do?fmly_id=834&partnum=S5PC110

2) http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=745877

3) http://en.pudn.com/downloads276/sourcecode/embed/detail1255521_en.html

This last one in particular seems to to be a site with a motherload of useful stuff about mobile processors, including S5pc110.

My apologies if these have already been posted.

Hou've already answered you're own question. The release of android 2.3.3 is TODAY. So he have to start all over again. So let's finish Froyo first and then look futher.

ummmm... what happened? everybody just died or something?:D

Good question...
The project seems dead now.

We need someone to replace mijoma, he can't help us anymore...(you can check this by going to the FOTA thing thread)

So, now we need reverse engineers...it would be nice if XDA's staff could help us contact people willing to work on this project in anyway (a developers call on main page or something like that).

I'm afraid we need American muscle here!! xD I know there are very goods talents on XDA, come on !

EDIT:
RusEm, official creator of a useful tool named "QuB tool" has registered in XDA and posted on the FOTA thread:

Oleg_k and mijoma, I want to ask you...
PLZ return control to start adress of firmware after you boot...(as it make Samsung boot).
CUZ it will make compability of you boot and my tool )))

Oh, come on! I'm not dead or something. I will still read the forum and help where I can, but I don't have time for writing a bootloader for you guys. It's true you still need to find someone to work on this.

We know what u mean mijoma, but do u know the relevance of this project?? thousands of s8500 and s8530 users in the hole world waiting for you and oleg_k!!!..be sure it's true..you can't left us this way...

edit: Be sure if u and oleg_k finally port froyo to s8500 &/or s8530 will be heroes...ending this project could mean multiple work offers (remember that some people that works on pps, ps2 & ps3 hack are working for sony now...)
