Hello everyone, I am new to these forums.

Just like everyone else I have been having horrible 3G speeds under Sprint... I rarely went over 200kbps download on the speedtests. Just recently my PRL was updated to 01115 and nothing has changed.

I remember reading about a 'throttle' folder in the data/system/ folder, so I deleted it and my speeds jumped up to 700-800 and I was surfing the web comfortably

I've tried everything, changing PRLs, editing the Home Agent and Proxy Values, resetting the phone but this is the only one that has worked. I hope it's not a fluke because this is what I expect from Sprint.

On a side note: The folder I delete reappears every once in a while :|
