i don't wanna sound like a total douche... but are any of these roms/mods/themes that are on here (one of which i'm using now and love... trigger 3.2 w/ mattedblues theme)... actually copy-written? I never actually noticed any type of disclaimer about that... maybe its part of the xdadevelopers website or any developer website and i just never knew about it. but in a court of law, i kinda don't see what's stopping him from doing this since it was free for anybody to get and do what they want with it. morally.. its a total **** move on his part. and the people who are actually paying for it are either extremely misinformed or just dumb... but i don't see how its legally wrong. maybe somebody can enlighten me about it.

Nice, I will add this to the ticket I opened with his host, I'll also forward the relevant details to Gameloft.
sorry i posted the thread about the so-called "working" gps for the "2.3.2" rom akaskriller "made". i did not see this article beforehand. just my random daily browsing of xda. i came across that thread which was made today in the general section and was curious as to how he got the gps to "work".
i figured id share, but now i know better. i was thinking that it could have been a build.prop edit (super easy), but didnt know this guy was already known for ripping off people and stealing other devs hard work.
so again...sorry for that post.
heres to hoping for a fully functional gb rom soon.

Dear Sir / Ma'am
I regret to inform you that a user of your web hosting services is "stealing" the work (Android ROMs) of hard working Android Developers, passing this work off as his own and demanding a $5 "Donation" in order to access this pirated work. The user also providing access to pirated "paid for" Android "Apps", Themes & Modifications (Mods). All of which are hosted without the original copyright owners permission.
Hiding free open source software, copyrighted and pirated "Apps" behind a donation "paywall" is firstly illegal and in breach of the license agreements set out below. As the software should be free to access, and the modified source code made available.

Many thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
