Does that means, that the camera is working perfectly??

No, sorry it's fix for all languages in camera settings.

I know, and the other devs says that their rom is developer unlocked but actually it isn't.....I just ask you, to ensure that the rom is DEV unlocked....flashing and flashing over again it becomes boring if you trying to find a rom that works like a charm.

But on the other hand thanks for reply

No problems, all question and suggestion are allways wellcome

What do you mean with Dev unlocked? I'm able to install xaps with Windows Phone Device Manager.
If you want to install a specific xap, give me a link and i'll try to install it

Hi.
The problem with DEV unlocks on other NoDo roms (that I've tried) was that they would deploy the app to the phone and then throw an error message (and if I was debugging an app using Visual Studio, debugging wouldn't start)...
I will try this one

Edit: The link for WaterBear v7 WWE build 23139 does not work for me

Probably you will got same error with my rom too

WaterBear v7 is an old rom with 6.5.x, now i'm going to fix the link .
EDIT: WB7 WWE link fixed

I've tried and experienced the same annoying issue with this ROM.
Deployment succeeds but the debugging can not start
