Make it look like this. This is a screenshot of the start-oshwt-2.sh under /usr/local/bin running webtop2sd.

If you don't want the webtop-panel, which is shown in the pic below, comment out the line sfalv -i "webtop-panel" with a #.
****** Also comment out sfalv -i "xfdesktop" with #, if you did not install it.

---- > The webtop-panel is on top of screen showing phone status.
Time, Network, wireless, bluetooth, battery, etc.

AWN is not running, webtop-panel is running and xfce4-panel is on the bottom.

Below AWN is running, webtop-panel is not running and xfce4-panel is on top.

start-oshwt-2.sh is not edited in screenshot. To achieve this desktop, comment out with a #, sfalv -i "webtop-panel" and sfalv -i "webtop-wallpaper"
Add sfalv -i "xfce4-panel" underneath the webtop-wallpaper entry that is commented out.

Yes, the temp is correct on the screenshot. It's 10 til 10 pm and it's 80 degrees in Central California.

I changed the theme in AWN manager, that's why taskbar is a different color. I changed icon for app menu on xfce4-panel, that's why that's different.

I believe you would not get punched in the face by the iron fist by asking a question in a thread regarding the thread.

To incur the violence one must start a thread with a question. Which appears in some cases to anger even the most mild mannered XDA forum visitor.

So ask away..... If the question refers to this guide and a question about stuff I've been answering.

Swap Space
Not sure if its even possible on our build but, I've been trying to add a swap space of 512mb to the system. To help with the 800mb ram we have for the current webtop been looking through,

SwapFaq

And this

and running into action is not implemented at,

swapon /sdcard-ext/swap

With all the customization I think we should try getting a swap space enabled on our expanded Ubuntu, for better utilization.

I thought this was interesting and did a little searching.

And

This post is concerned about too many to ext sdcard causing it to fail.

This probably doesn't help much but I'm still looking.
