I fixed it, the patch for link2sd is the cause. It deleted the install-recovery.sh.
Got both link2sd and torch work now :).

Quadrant 1583 is fast, I never got that with trip rom.

So far i did not have not even single drop of data disconnection problem in 1.9.16. But with 3g, you have to connect it twice in order to get the problem solved of disconnection. UI is smoother and better than 1.9.9 and also new radio app can be found in 1.9.16.

Concerning auto brightness... the funny thing is that auto brightness worked the best on android 1.6 :D

Actually, having swap is better, as it will be as an aid for the RAM, but will take up your storage, not too much though. Usually, I will set my swap partition to 512MB-2GB since I have 2GB of RAM. For the X10, it only has 384MB, so 100MB is enough. I'm not sure if we still follow this kind of rule(swap rule of thumb).

If you want to use it, get a kernel with compcache support(ramzswap like tkymgr's Freekernel, or ThJap's ThKernel), and set your desired size of the swap partition size in the compcache script in /system/etc/init.d. The init script is included in ThKernel but not in FreeKernel, so you might want to read the instructions on using ramzswap if you're using FreeKernel, or just take the script from ThKernel.

Hi All,

Do any1 know how to (or is willing to ) make a flashable zip file to change the new market to the old one ?

As the new market is sooooooooooooooooo slow :/ and I do hate that windows 7 look to it.

I came home from school.Now starting with work.So far rom is fast and smooth.Stock home launcher wasn't fully working(FC at adding wallpapers...)But now it is fixed.Also media and music widgets are fully working.Will make thread soon.

How about the 3G/Data disconnect/reconnect issue mate? Is it fixed in your ROM?

I have no work and I will test it now.
Please if possible, upload the ROM to diffrent site. (Rapidshare for example.)
Im downloading with 500KiB/s with connection of 40Mbps.

    Screen coming on full brightness before turning off -- SOLVED!!

    Hi,

    Use this setting:

    Settings --> Personal --> Display Settings

    Brightness --> Advanced mode

    Light Levels --> Use custom ON

    Light Level to dim --> set 20 (default)

    And Voilà problem fixed.:D

    Works in Miui v1.9.2 and v1.9.9.

    I am currently using this MIUI rom, and far away is the best.

    For everybody that says that MIUI is laggy, MIUI is slow, MIUI is crappy.....

    I make a optimization xrec zip just improving some things.

    Install, fix permissions and clear dalvik cache.
