Hello, this is the stock rom installed on the french version (I don't know if other country use this version) of the tablet.
It's 3.1HC with TW.

AFAIK KME is the latest..but if this is later..then it must be better

so i took the plunge and nope it is not the latest.
one key thing to note is that the tar includes bootloader which ofcoarse i didnt flash..just the PDA and no CSC included..

lol we must've had done it at the same time!

but KME has a release of Aug 15 I believe so is definitively newer.
maybe KME is bloated..cuz also the asian rom (listed on another thread) was also very fast compare to KME.
but again KME is newer

Got "P7510XWKH5" firmware on my new GT-P7510. Is it newer than P7510XWKG7? Does anybody know is it available as Odin image anywhere? Want to be able to restore initial state of my device after playing with rooting and custom roms.

What's the build date?

UPDATE: I've managed to download it with CheckFusDownloader. ( CheckFusDownloader_v0.5.exe -dl P7510XWKH5/P7510OXEKH2/P7510XWKH5/P7510XWKH5 SER GT-P7510 )
UPDATE2: Flashed KME and then back KH5. KH5 seems to run faster and smoother. But it may be just my knowing it 10 days newer ...
If anyone interested, I can palce this firmware on megaupload ...

but the rar file comes in with just the one file and not the two (csc and pda) as I am use to in flashing with odin
i did notice that it contained the necessary files to flash..so I created a tar file for pda and a tar for csc using 7-zip.
i tried to odin and it failed
so went back to my prev version of stock..
so it does contain the PDA but not sure why odin does not like it.
I'll try tomorrow again but without flashing the CSC .
maybe the way 7-zip tars the file is not correct.
So if anyone can make an odin image it seems all the files are there to create one..

silly me... didn't realise that the file itself was odin flash able..i just put it in PDA and flash with a pit so had to re-partition.
so if any one wants to try..be worry that it will erase everything.. so good to backup
I will probably post a how to in a new thread.. but so far is freaking fast!

I used the original file from op and didn't use the bootloader and pit, its running smoothly on my i/o tab

The one from the OP is an older TW rom
the one we are talking about is a newer (newer than KME) stock TW rom which runs so smooth and no lags at all!
i am in the process of uploading it and then will create a thread explaining how to flash via odin and yes..this stock rom requires its boot loader and pit and repartition.
however not to fear because the usual rooting process works.
I have it rooted and assigned CWM to it.
So...hopefully tomorrow i will explain how is done.
believe me this rom is so smooth...its worth it
again newer than KME.
