! on phone between comp and phone

try to update phone the samsung website. at first kies won't do anything but eventually did go to download and they it asked to pull the wire and rest..i did that and since then it just didnt reboot and its stuck on the screen that shows a ! between computer and phone.

please help

You can acces Download Mode and then write a new firmware with Odin, install the right CSC and you can update the next firmware release with Kies.
Worked for me when I was in the same situation...
