My little christmas present to you all. I just made a sort of ICS theme, using UOT. It has the CyanDroid status bar icons (closest UOT gets to ICS), ICS battery, ICS pop-up (!), ICS Notification pulldown, and more!

Download here:
http://db.tt/3GxeI7Oy

Installation:
Extract the file using a file manager. I have extracted it to /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire (Root Explorer's default)
Download "Terminal Emulator", by Jackpal from the market and run these commands. For each new line, press enter

su

mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/loop3 /system

cp /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire/framework-res.apk /system/framework

cp /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire/SystemUI.apk /system/app

cp /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire/DroidSans.ttf /system/fonts

cp /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire/Clockopia.ttf /system/fonts

cp /qdisk/extracted/ICS_Theme_GingerAspire/DroidSans-Bold.ttf /system/fonts

chmod 644 /system/fonts/DroidSans.ttf

chmod 644 /system/fonts/DroidSans-Bold.ttf

chmod 644 /system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf

reboot

That's it. Merry Christmas guys!

I might make an installation script for this, to ease the use

**Note: The device may take a few attempts to reboot, as it loads the new framework. It will boot, try to load (Homescreen & status bar appears) and reboot. This is fine, just keep trying. If you need to, hold down power and boot manually**

Quinny, just noticed that my Acer Netbook has the h2o BIOS so if you don't mind, I'll probably be looking for some help after the holidays to get this going.

I'll post the windows program that is the android manager if you do. Then just make a partition from a drive, with the letter E: & the label Downloads for Android and place the files there. Then I may wipe my chrome and upload it for you all (I have sucessfully upgraded flash )

Right guys, here we go. I've had reports this works on netbooks with android removed, so it may work on any h2o BIOS one.

Download this zip: http://db.tt/l9CUU9HV
Extract it and place the files in C:\Program Files\Acer\Android Manager (Make the folder if you need to)
Partition a drive using some partition manager as E: and call it "Downloads for Android"
Download and extract my files from post 2 into E:
Open the exe in the files
Set it up, with it booting into Android
Reboot
