i tried with the supremee shortcuts xap. now its working.
u can try this with any xap if u want customised icons
Get supreme shortcuts xap
Unzip the xap using 7zip or winzip
u will get a folder " supreme shorcuts". this is the main folder
open the main folder , go to icons folder and replace them with yr own, make sure they are the same filename
go back to main folder Supreme shortcuts,
select all the files within the folder, inclusing all the all folders dll, icons ect and zip them again
u will get a zip file, rename it to xap, make sure u have "show filenames in folder option" before u rename
* note those who cant get it , u must select all the files and folders within the main folder and zip them . the mistake here is People just zip the supreme shorcut folder by right clicking only thinking it is the same . The final resulting zip file when opened should show the contents straightaway ( dlls, icons, folders ect and not a folder "supreme shortcuts" .
