- Download DEODEXED version of the ROM
- Reboot into Recovery.
- Perform Nandroid backup
- Minimally wipe dalvik and cache. For optimal experience, perform full wipe (data/dalvik/cache).
- Flash rom
- Reboot
- Enjoy
