init.d should be a folder, not a file.
Inside the folder there are the enabled scripts.
the init.d folder is created automatically by Semaphore Script Manager, if it does not exist.
If this folder is not created automatically, there is a problem with the busybox version used by a custom rom.
Try to "Clean Busybox" under Misc in Semaphore App, and reboot your phone.
As stated some posts back, in the OP or in the kernel thread of stratosk:
All scripts provided in this thread are for gingerbread kernel only.
So simple delete the SemaphoreScripts folder on sdcard, and the app will show all scripts provided by stratosk in his ICS kernel.
