Installed ra recovery stuck at Acer logo have tried 3times ddid usual data cache dalvik wipe first what am I doing wrong?

is anyone else no longer able to boot into recovery by holding volume - and power?
never mind, its been so long since i did it manually i forgot which orientation volume - it was.

Is the acer 3.2.1 EXT3 or EXT4? not that it matters as, it seems this could be the reason you and the op can boot and we cant?
Yes ive read format/wipe its obviously not that, we need an experts advise here.

Not too sure, as it was some time ago. But if you look in the thread, you will see what I and KJY did.
I think I posted some info on it. Really though, not sure if you should do it. We were running the original release.
If you didn't read the full thread, then yes...? As Moscow has stated, he flashed using RA Recovery and still was able to boot, kept root, kept su etc.
Moscow, and everyone else who successfully booted, had an A501. So no, no one with an a500 has had success getting this to boot.

When KJY wakes up, I have already sent him mail to try it. I can assure you, he has only an a500, and he will try it using RA recovery. He will send me a mail. Hate to put people on hold, but, he is in New York, and I in Moscow. And I only have an a501.
And he will only reply, at our new site, androidtabletgeeks.com. Officially launched about 2 hours ago. But he is sleeping now.
Just for information, APX mode is still available even after updating the bootloader.
Let me save you the trouble of waking him. On my A500 the CWM version does not boot. Stays at the Acer logo like everyone else's. RA 3.15 following your wipe/flash instructions.
Haven't tried the full update that installs the new bootloader. I probably don't *need* root on my tab, but I'd rather keep it than lose it.

THIS LEAKED ROM IS FOR DEVELOPMENT
- Give the developers time to take this leaked ROM and make a stable release.
- Currently there is no version that keeps full Root and Recovery. A500 tablets will bootloop flashing the CWM version.
- A501 users can flash the CWM version but there is no 3G.
- A500 users can flash the stock ROM, but there is no Root and no way to install Recovery. Going back to 3.2.1 is not verified.
PATIENCE PLEASE, while this is being worked on.
I am willing to bet within a week or so we will start seeing ICS Roms that can be flashed with either Acer Recovery, CWM or RA.

The bootloader have been updated, so itsmagic may not work anymore.

And all the "oh, I lost root"... this is obvious enough.
And the "I installed the full unrooted package, with booloader blob", why don't I have CWM recovery? "Crank up your gol 'darn adb, and start putting out something useful.
Go state your complaints back in the "general" section.

Sorry i didn't spot this thread earlier. Been to busy the last couple of weeks.
To get this rom running on the a500 you can try this boot image (devs only please and make sure you don't install the new recovery/bootloader, just remove them from the updater-script).
Rom running fine here (just need to check the superuser stuff, but i can live without for some time). - Give the developers time to take this leaked ROM and make a stable release.
