Just installed over FXP105 and it seems to be fine.
Just make sure you wipe caches before flashing the new version.
Tried out the new custom camera, it's getting close, but it's not quite ready for prime-time. Installed the old camera libs and that is working as well.
Seems to be snappier. Haven't noticed any new bugs yet.
Well done FXP.
So you only flash the semc camera zip from op and get full camera again?
Sent from my X10i using XDA App
I followed the instructions here:
http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=22486717&postcount=14391
Recap:
1. Download this zip
2. Extract file and copy to phone sd card
3. Copy the 4 files into: /system
4. set permissions on each file to: rw-r--r
5. NOW move these files into: /system/lib
6. reboot your device
Worked perfectly for me.
Hi guys...
Im trying to install FXP 109 but when I install the update I get this message:
assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "X10i"
....
E: Error in /sdcard/update-cm-7.2.0-RC=-es209ra-KANG-signed.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Most probably you wiped your /system/ partition. You need to remove line 1-3(getprop balblabla) from the updater-script to fix it.
Why on this ROM (CM7.2 FXP109) CIFSmanager don't work? (2.6.29FXP kernel 22jan)
Ok, it's not a problem for me. Can I get it to work? Change the kernel?
And another thing: can not install SE PhotoWidget.
Widget? This is not important. But CIFSmanager more important for me. And I do not want to change this ROM, because I like it. I just wanted to know whether it is possible to make CIFSmanager worked. Then you should give up on this ROM and use Stock ROM if you only need that widget???
To what it is told?BTW? Sometimes Android System Processes keep CPU awake all days if we don't notice and it cause battery drain. This is a bug?
